I named this EP after the song, My Shadow, because I feel that record best describes the state of mind I was in when creating the project. For awhile, I was going down a bad road that landed me in a dark place. But it gave me no choice other than to turn to my music to pull myself through, somehow feeling more inspired than ever before. The same cloud following over me, also pushing me to find the light. This is a result of the darkness sparking the truest art...My Shadow, motivating me everyday to keep moving forward and not leave the person I was becoming behind, but use him as motivation to pursue my dreams and achieve greatness.
